Refund policy

All sales are final

Our products are non-refundable. Because they are digital and are delivered to you immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order is complete.

Please review the product description, the sample content, and these Terms before purchasing. If you are unsure whether the product is right for you, email thedivorcereset@gmail.com before you buy and we will answer your questions honestly, including telling you if we think it is not a good fit.

Limited exceptions. We will make things right in the following situations, and you do not need to argue for it:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your download never arrived and we are unable to deliver it to you.
• The file is corrupted or will not open and we are unable to supply a working copy.

In each case, contact us at thedivorcereset@gmail.com and we will resolve it, including by issuing a refund where we cannot otherwise fix the problem. Any refund is processed to your original payment method and typically takes [5–10] business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Upon any refund, your license terminates and you must delete all copies of the product in your possession.

Before disputing a charge, please email us. Nearly every problem — a download that did not arrive, a file that will not open, a duplicate charge — can be resolved the same day. Contacting us first is faster than a chargeback and costs you nothing.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be waived.
